Participating in “Kid’s Field Trip to Kasumigaseki”
Participation: 2016 to 2019
We participated in “Kid’s Field Trip to Kasumigaseki”, which was held by the Government of Japan in Kasumigaseki to educate children on a broad range of social subjects, and to deepen their understanding of the actions taken by the Government of Japan. Our participation in 2019 was highlighted by our AI robot, “The AI Gamer Q56” (developed by BANDAI NAMCO Research), and our card game, “IRO TO KATACHI” (developed by BANDAI NAMCO Research and BANDAI NAMCO Studios).
Supporting the Elementary and Secondary School Students Career Education Book, “Job Yearbook 2020”
Participation: 2018 to 2020
Under the concept of educating children to build an interest toward their careers, we have shown support by contributing to the career education book, “Job Yearbook 2020” (published by The Asahi Shimbun), which was donated to schools and their respective board of education across Japan.
Nurturing creativity among elementary and secondary school students through fun with the career education program, “ASOVISIT”
With the help of The Asahi Shimbun, we developed our career education program, “ASOVISIT”, which was offered free to elementary and secondary schools across Japan. Since its distribution from the end of September 2019, with elementary and secondary schools at core, there have been about 150 educational institutions that have enrolled, and since has been utilized as part of their integrated learning programs.
Participating in the “LOVE No Kyou Kokoni Iru To Iu Koto” (LOVE’s What it Means to Be Here Today) event
We participated in the live music event, “LOVE No Kyou Kokoni Iru To Iu Koto” held in September 2019 at Soma city in Fukushima Japan by singer and songwriter, LOVE. Our participation included display of our AI robot, “The AI Gamer Q56” (developed by BANDAI NAMCO Research), and our card game, “IRO TO KATACHI” (developed by BANDAI NAMCO Research and BANDAI NAMCO Studios) for children in attendance to enjoy.
Providing support for “INNOVATION CAMP”
We have offered support to the non-profit organization, HACK JAPAN with their endeavor, “INNOVATION CAMP”, a career education program directed toward children. A special group project was held with 25 teenagers working together under the theme, “creating a business in 2-days that can change the standards of entertainment”.
Supporting the “Tokyo Great Santa Run”
Participation: 2018 to 2019
We supported the children centric, charity event, the “Tokyo Great Santa Run”. Runners dressed as Santa Claus filled the area where we hosted a booth where participants can take a photo with PAC-MAN at a giant storybook themed set. Pop-up Christmas cards made in the likeness of the booth were sent to hospitalized children around Japan.
